Marinate boneless white fish fillets in your favorite Lahtt Sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil in the refrigerator for a few hours.
In a large skillet or wok, add 2 tbsp of sesame oil and fry garlic. Add 2 tsp of Lahtt Sauce Organic Chili Oil and fermented black beans. Combine until fragrant.
Add fish, stir frying in the sauce until cooked.
Add cooking wine.
Top with chopped green onion and serve with white or brown rice. Enjoy!
