Lahtt Wings

Ingredients

  • 1 lb whole chicken wings
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp of your favorite Lahtt Sauce
  • 3 tbsp of sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp of light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp ground cayenne pepper
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Thai chili peppers, chopped (add more for extra spice)
  • 2 tbsp garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger, chopped

Instructions

  1. Put in chicken wings in a large bowl and add your favorite Lahtt Sauce with all marinade ingredients. Mix well, massaging chicken in marinade until completely coated.
  2. Cover bowl and set aside in the refrigerator for a few hours. Leave overnight for best results.
  3. Put wings over a large grill, cooking each side for about 15 minutes each until chicken wings are glazed and slightly charred on the edges.
  4. Serve on a plate and enjoy!
